This website is a space that gathers veedl’s submerged thoughts and the occasional practices that rise to the surface.
Just as layers of time accumulate to transform a space into a place, veedl’s website is also being gradually built, layer by layer.
Yet, like any true place, it will never be complete in form or function, and will continue to change moment by moment—
much like the sea, whose shape and color are ever-shifting.
veedl explores and interprets the city through design. ↘
veedl is also an urban design lab that experiments with multidisciplinary approaches across art, design, and architecture to make urban spaces more inclusive and accessible.
Through a participatory process rooted in interaction and mutual dependence, veedl seeks to realize the democratic potential of urban space.
Led by designer Mina Chu, the lab maintains a flexible and open structure, collaborating with experts from various fields depending on the project.
The name veedl stands for 'Vague d’expérimentation pour l’espace durable et ludique'.
